About the Journal

The Lapai Journal of Humanities (LJH)is a publication of the Department of History and International Studies, Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University Lapai. It is a scholarly publication that accepts articles on topics dealing with human endeavours throughout the year. It is an open access journal. All submission should follow the following guidelines:

• Papers should be accompanied by an abstract and typed using Times New Roman font, 1.5 line spacing and should not exceed 25 pages or 8000 words in length.
• All charts/diagrams which must not exceed 3.5 inches by 5.0 inches should be scanned and fixed into appropriate positions within the text.
• Notes and references must be cited appropriately. MLA referencing style and footnotes are highly recommended. However, references applicable to the author's discipline are acceptable.
