Abstract

The 2019 new Corona Virus outbreak and its effects on global governance are covered in this paper. The paper examines the professional warnings that were issued on or before 2019 regarding the potential pandemic outbreak, the reasons why these warnings were ignored, and the fallout from this disregard. The study emphasizes how critical it is to consider the threat posed by unconventional military security threats like the corona virus. The study's demonstration of how states handled the corona virus outbreak independently rather than jointly revealed the weakness in the international system is similarly significant. It is obvious that a new chapter in the history of liberal internationalism is being written in the field of global governance. The populist philosophy of "my country first" is being adopted by nations today. This study demonstrates how seriously this mindset threatens international solidarity, stability, and global governance on a political, economic, and social level. The study links this issue to the worldwide economic crisis that many nations are currently experiencing as well as Donald Trump's position on redefining America's connections with other nations, particularly with its transatlantic allies.
