Abstract

The paper is a discussion and analysis on various diversities that are found in human beings in various organizations. These diversities manifest themselves in terms of ambitions, tribes, religion etc. and their effect on organizational goals attainment. It
recommended that our diversities should rather be a strength instead of obstacles to goal attainment.
